Nothing More Than This is dedicated to those who share their story and those who care to listen. This was a mother and son collaboration with my son Sean. Sean had been writing songs and performing for over 15 years in New Zealand and the United States. I wanted to see if I could intrepet lived experience through photography.  The songs are glimpses into the experiences of maturation, fatherhood, relationships, successes and failures, and finding a place in the world.

The exhibition was held at Photospace in Wellington in August 2007. The images  were all 36" x 24" and each one was accompanied by a few lines of the song that inspired the images.  We produced 50 books with a CD which have virtually sold out but there may be four or five available if you are interested.
